This Privacy Policy explains how NumberEdge Racing LLC (“NumberEdge Racing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the NumberEdge Racing website and services at race.numberedge.com (the “Service”).
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, a password (stored as a hashed value), and optionally your name, driver identity, and car number.
Content you submit. Race runs you log, garage entries, driver claims, opponent notes, followed drivers, notification preferences, and similar data you create inside the Service.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we receive a subscription identifier, plan, and billing status, but we do not store your full card number or CVV.
Analytics and device data. We use our own first-party analytics platform (NumberEdge Intelligence) to understand how the Service is used. This collects, without cookies: page URLs visited, time on page, scroll depth, device type and screen size, browser and operating system, referrer and UTM parameters, outbound link clicks, JavaScript errors, approximate country (derived from your IP address via our CDN), and a non-reversible browser fingerprint hash used to count unique visitors and sessions. Your IP address itself is not stored.
Server logs. Our hosting providers (Vercel for web, Supabase for database, Amazon Web Services for real-time timing) keep standard technical logs of requests, which may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps, retained for security and troubleshooting.

California residents have the rights described in Section 4 plus the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about them, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Our analytics tracker respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal and the Global Privacy Control signal where supported. You can also block our analytics by using a content-blocking extension; the Service remains fully functional without analytics.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at mike@numberedge.com and we will delete it.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form; raw event data is pruned on a rolling basis.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, least-privilege access, and regular patching — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
NumberEdge Racing LLC is based in Missouri, United States, and the Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., which may have data protection rules different from those in your country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy with a new effective date and, where reasonable, notify you by email or in-app notice.
